At JuanSquad, every item is made with love and care for the Squad 🤍. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any items purchased from juansquad.com. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Personal preference

Exchanges Only

We’re happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item of equal value.

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you’d like to exchange

  • The size/item you’d like instead

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll sort it ASAP.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items returned outside the exchange window
